Match Report:
After a disappointing result last week, the Tors were looking to bounce back. With a reduced squad, the Tors looked to grind out a result. The game was even overall. Mason England also got the better hand of their right back on occasions but we were unable to capitalise on this. In the second half, the Tors had to dig deep to get result. Defending multiple corners and had an answer to everything that was chucked at us. An important point for the Tors as we look to push up the table.

Ellis Baker
When it mattered he was defending on the edge of our own box, listening, supporting Calvey and giving as good as he got.
Sam Jarman (Manager):
"I’m so proud boys, sounds silly for a 0-0 but I’ll be honest when I say I wrote us off before the game and I was just hoping whatever we did it would be respectable. Boy was I wrong, that was the performance we’ve been looking for and deserved for the past few weeks. Proper underdog and in some parts backs against the wall game that we can maybe be frustrated that we didn’t nick it in the end. Everyone stood up and played a part yesterday. 13 blokes in the trenches giving as good as they got, that’s all I’ve wanted from everyone this season and yesterday was the way we need to go about our remaining games. Nice to see Moody and Adam back in tors shirts as well. UTT"
